Not keeping to what they said

<p>a Month ago a agent phoned me and told me that she can save me money by changing my package to a topup package. She also told me that everything stays the same. When I checked my balances this month my data and sms's I usually got is not there. I want this rectified as I was promised that everything stays the same and I will not pay a cent more. I need feedback ASAP....</p>
