Not keeping to their promises

I app**** for a new contract to get an HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop, I spoke to a consultant last week and they confirmed they had stock available. I followed up today and now I am being told there won't be stock for the next month. I wouldn't have app**** in the first place if there wasn't stock available because I know how long it takes if it is not available. I want my laptop as promised 5-7 working days, I am not willing to wait months for stock
