Not Interested in resolving issues!

So after I wrote my review on hellopeter, Vodacom rep**** and said that they would contact me. I must admit there was a slight bit of hope and optimism in me and I was really hoping that perhaps this time they would be interested in resolving my issue. Much to my dismay, they proved once again that they are not interested in resolving my issue. There customer service emailed me, only to refer me back to the store. I'm extremely disappointed, I pay this company just over R4k a month for cell phone contracts and other services and this is how they treat their long standing clients. Please save yourselves the trouble and look for another service provider other then Vodacom.
