not impressed

On Tuesday( 21 February) my husband took my phone ( Samsung A3) to Vodacom Eastgate for repairs as the phone has speaker problems, they took the phone in for repairs and gave us the usual six/ seven working days time frame.

They called him on Monday( 27 February) saying the phone was ready for collection, he went there on the 1st of March to collect the phone and was assured everything was inorder, he decided to test the phone while at Vodacom to see whether the problem has been fixed and it still was not fixed, despite the assistant stating that it was tested and working the previous day.

They took it back saying the technician would take a look at it again and they didnt say when to expect the phone again. Now my fear is that I will spend another week without a phone making it more than two weeks waiting for my phone. Also had my husband taken the phone without testing it that would mean he would have to have taken another time off from work to return as it was clearly not fixed.

I am far from impressed, I cant stay that long without a phone .
