not impressed

Nashua Mobile closed down , i had a vodacom contract with them, i took up insurance as well, which included ecess buster , due to the company closing down i had to move to vodacom customer care , upgraded my insurance , since i had an iphone now.

dec iphone was ****** , due to them still billing me for excess buster i assumed i would not have to pay the R900 excess , but was told the excess buster does not apply...

if it didnt apply why would you charge me for it them since i was moved from nashua? thats the contract i had with them and thats what i should still be liable for as a customer.

now im stuck without a phone , even though i have been a loyal customer , who took insurance to avoid such things.
Vodacom , im so moving once my contract is done if this is how you do business. i took excess buster so i would not have to worry about ensuring i have money for excess , cause anything can happen and money is not always available immidiately.
