Not Honouring Warranty without any valid reasons.

Signed a 2 year warranty with Vodacom 18 months ago. The Lenonvo tablet came with a 2 year warranty from Vodacom. For the last 2.5 months i have been having trouble and took it to the Vodacom repair centre in Gateway. I was rudely informed by the staff that they do not repair Lenovo devices and will not even have a look at the device. If Vodacom sold the device they should be held liable for the repair and it is not the consumers fault if Vodacom is having a problem with the supplier. My warranty was offered by Vodacom and Vodacom is still liable. The tablet is still in brand new condition. I contacted Vodacom customer care were little help but informed me a supervisor or manager will contact me. This was over 2 months ago. I do not see why i should cover the costs of the repairs for a device that is under warranty with Vodacom. They have sold the device and are still charging me for the device/warranty monthly. The service I received is very poor as there is not valid reason for refusal of repair. A number of service providers will replace if cannot repair, i cannot even get a response.
