Not honouring Warranty
I handed a phone in for warranty repairs. It is in perfect physical condition, but has two problems. The screen is lifting up and the proximity sensor is not working. I have just been told they are going to charge me for the screen as \it is not a common problem\". This is the most ridiculous excuse for not honouring a warranty that I have every heard of, and just goes to show that the Vodacom 2 year warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. I have 2 contracts on Vodacom, one of which is a Red Advantage and was going to move another one. Vodacom can now say goodbye to my business and the business of any of my friends or family that ask me to make any recommendations."
