Not honouring their \Out of BoxFailure Returns\""

On 15 Jan 2016 I upgrade to the Apple 6S. On 16 Jan I set it up and charged it that night. On 18 Jan I sent some messages and battery was still at 75%. The screen then went blank. Tried charging it, nothing. Could not see any thing to switch it off. Took it to the local Vodashop who sent it away. On 1 Feb my phone was back with reason, battery was flat. Not rocket science to realise that if a phone is not switched off that after a few days the battery will be flat. Sent it back. No Feedback given. On 29 Feb contacted the Area Manager, Me. Michelle du Plessis, who promised to get back to me late on 1 March. Still not heard a word from anybody. The Vodashop forwarded my correspondence to her. Please do not reply that this will be given to a consultant. I want an sms or email telling me when I can get my replacement phone. In addition, I want my account credited with the cost of the new phone from 1 Feb 2016. If I have not received this information by 16:00 tomorrow 4 March 2016 I will take this further.
