Not honest or honouring of published deals

<p>Went to vodacom Mayville to get the Samsung S7 deal with Bank charger and 10 gig once of data and tablet.as per advertising .. they got the contract ready... but the tablet was out of stock and requested my husband to collect on the Monday. ( this was on Saturday.) My number got cut on Sunday!!!... so I could not make calls. On Monday when we got to take the phone, we did not get the charger or the 10 gig.... why we don't know... we where very specific that is the contract we wanted... they just decided that that is not the contract we will get... our email of 12 years was disabled... when asked they sent us to Kolonade... there they tried to help but could not assist and sent us to Menlin...we then turned to vodacom email and customer care...and nothing...still no email.. so... vodacom will be getting my money for the next 2 years and they did not give me the contract that I want... I did not get the charging bank nor did I get the 10 gig as promised and my emails is still not working... the manager at Mayville vodashop is hostile .... please help.</p>
