Not happy with Vodacom

To whom it may concert <br> <br> I am prepaid account holder, i loaded R29, 00 airtime and bought Free minutes that cost me R12, 00 and purchased data for the R12, 00 when i switched on my data all my airtime gone the Data that i purchsed my R5, 00 balance everything gone. I think vodacom is starting to reap us off as i logged a quesry for almost a similar incident 2 month ago and the agent logged a query just to get me off the fone as no one came back to be. I was doubting to move my number but now i am seriously moving my number to another service provider
