Not happy with the service

I was supposed to receive a delivery for an online contract I made from Vodacom via Skynet of which was not, I just received an sms from Skynet saying it was. Then I submitted a ***** case to Vodacom as advised and received confirmation that I will get feedback in 7-14 working days and this was on the 10 July 2024. After multiple follow ups via email and call center, no feedback is received and no reply via email. I am now receiving invoices for contacts I did not receive.
