Not happy with service/ debit order & how to get hold of Vodacom

I had a Vodacom contract for years with Vodacom My dissatisfaction started 2 years ago when I renewed my contract where I had to R300+ instead I paid R500+ When I called they told me of extra data which was never mentioned in the renewal of contract My contract expired in April I tried all over to contact Vodacom coz I am unable to visit a store nearby . I cold not get through to Vodacom number s, every time they would transfer me from pillar to post. I than returned the May debit order and today I get told I owe Vodacom R900+
