Not happy with red vip diamon club benefits

In 2021 February I did my upgrade on my contract where by that time they advertised an additional benefits which I took them. I am a red vip contract and there was an additional diamond benefits where you received monthly vouchers, get a new upgrade every year and other benefits. However this year 2022 when I tried to upgrade I was refused despite me being red vip diamond club member. Other benefits I receive them and they are only refusing me with a phone. I have been in and out of the dealership, wrote emails to them and to date I am not winning. Mind you I am still paying additional cost of the diamond club member despite them refusing me with the upgrade. Kindly assist regarding this matter. I feel that I am being decived as what was advertised is not what I am getting.
