Not happy with poor servicr

The service is very poor and unprofessional just because I do g an update I'm not treated fairly they can't deliver the phone on the delivery address because there is no contact numbers so they can't simply use the address and I had to follow up myself to be told this and be told that the phone has been returned to them and can only reach them next week Thursday and I have to call back to have it delivered again I feel they dont want to assist me because it easy for the to say call back
