Not Happy with My Service Provider...AGAIN!!!!

This is now my second complaint in a month. I am still only receiving sms's 5 days later and I cannot send out sms's. Stan from CT called me a couple of times and asked me to send test messages to a number he provided and he said that he has escalated this to the technicians. I have never heard from him again and nobody has bothered contacting me. I cannot believe that I am still sitting in this situation with the same problem for 5 weeks. Can somebody from Vodacom PLEASE assist me. This is a network problem and your service is shoddy and disgusting!!!
