Not Happy Vodacom customer

I must warn people of these Vodacom people that walk from house to house selling Fibre, we had a guy that came to us and said that we would be paying cheaper than Frogfoot, i asked him if its month to month and he answered yes, i then said we dont want a contract as long as its month to month no problem, the guy guaranteed us that is was, he added this onto our current Vodacom account as we are a customer of vodacom, only to find when i wanted to cancel they said no it will cost me R24000 to cancel my contract, and then the customer service lady says she can turn it off but i will still be responsible for the R24000. so please dont sign up with Vodacom Fibre unless you really know, and also dont buy or sign up from guys walking in your area
