Not happy customer

I'm very disgruntled,

I had signed up for a contract via telephone some time in January 2020 and with the contract I requested for accidental cover insurance. After everything went through, there was no policy documents sent through to me. And also upon taking up contract nothing was explained to me

So in October 2020 my phone accidentally fell out my hand and the camera glass cracked. So I booked it in for repairs, and after assessment i get a call from a Vodacom consultant informing me that my claim has declined. I asked why I was advised its because I was not using the contract sim card in that phone. But I was never informed. I find that very wrong. And I have been a very loyal customer to Vodacom.
