Not happy

On the 27 October I phoned Vodacom to provide my new banking details. I realised my debit did not run due to Vodacom not having my banking details.

When I phoned, the polite consultant advised it was not necessary for me to pay at a store. And that the debit for both months in November (October 2017 & November 2017). She also confirmed my phone would not be soft locked.

On Friday 24 October 2017 at about 15:15 my phone was soft locked. I phoned in and I was told I need to pay the "arrears" before my phone is soft locked. I refused to drop everything I was doing due to lack of training because that is not what I was told on the 27th October 2017.

Nokthula, a very abrupt consultant assisted me. When I asked her what her surname was a few times she, without any notification transferred me back to the customer service.

My contract agreement I signed is for R199 per month.

I could have easily have made the payment on the 27th October had the first consultant advised it was the better option. She also advised I should not worry with making an instore payment.

My account was debited this morning for R546.93????

I want my money back!
