Not happen with vodacom fiber savice

My mother has a problem with vodacom she got fiber from vodacom from 1 November 2023 it started working from 1 of January 2024 thhe fiber line is away dropping and we have been calling vodacom to fix the problem they fix it for 1 minutes when we call them as soon we drop the call with vodacom consultant then the line worj for 1 minutes then it dropped again we been calling vodacom every day since January until now in December so my mother is not happy at all so we will not recommend vodacom home fiber to family members friends because they do have to execute what my mother is expecting that is not right what vodacom is doung
