Not great customer service

Good afternoon,

So as we all know black Friday deals are out on all networks and as usual the vodacom deals aren't that great..being a vodacom customer for the last 20 years prepaid and contract I am frustrated that we do not get offered great deals like the other network providers. I have contacted vodacom via email and on Facebook with regards to a deal match last friday the 13th of November and since then I have been told the necessary department will contact me with feedback..its been 1 week and no response. Im sure you guys know there's a time limit to black Friday deals, I can send you all emails and screenshots of the chats as proof that I haven't had any luck in my request. How difficult is it really to contact a customer who is willing to stay on the network for another few years?
