Not good enough

I was contacted by Vodacom after many back and forth communication both from Vodacom Loch Logan in Bloemfontein and Yunus from Vodacom Head office. After all my trouble for months, numerous calls, and many visits for updates about by complaint I was offered a 60% credit. It is called a \once off gesture of goodwill"<br> Goodwill is 100% credit of what was my hard earned money in the first place.<br> <br> Now I want to know why must I be happy with 60% as I gave explanation on explanation"
