Not given what was quoted on

I recently filed a review on this site regarding merchandise that were promised as part of a quote when I recently did an upgrade with Vodacom. Two social media consultants from Vodacom came back to me on this. One said that the promotion had ended and that I would have to contact the retailer directly. His name is Lance Gurling. Great service Lance. I'm being sarcastic. The reason the promotion had ended is because Vodacom refused to get back to me for 4 weeks after I initiated my first query as to why I had not received my merchandise. I have proof of this. Lance was less than helpful and one wonders why he is is customer care. After disputing this, another consultant came back to me and said that the promotion was not valid for companies. His name is Hafiza. An arrogant and *********** consultant. Seems like they thrive at Vodacom. I eventually called the Clearwater Mall branch and a very helpful assistant manager by the name of Andre said he would speak to the Vodacom representative on Thursday last week and get back to me. Andre called me on Thursday and said that the Vodacom representative agreed that I did indeed qualify for the merchandise as it appeared on the quote. So Lance and Hafiz, how you two clowns have jobs is beyond me. Hafiz you are arrogant, rude and have no idea what you are doing. Thank you to Andre at Vodacom Clearwater for following up. I am still waiting for Vodacom head office to get back to me on this. Let's see what happens.
