Not getting what I am paying for

I bought a iphone 6 plus on contract from Vodacom 4u at Stellenbosch square. Part of the package was a car charger and cellphone cover. As per the consultant, they had no stock and they would have it for me in a week.<br> It is now 5 weeks later and I am still waiting for my charger and cover and feedback from them.
