not getting the point

<p>I have been receiving phone calls and sms's from vodacom saying I didnt pay my account. I changed my banking details but paid my account early by cash, when I started getting the automated phone calles I called the Vodacom callcentre to explain what happend. The the calls and sms's just increased. Then I phoned again and the service agent told me not only did I own my monthly fee but I own anextra months money as I havent paid for 2 months now. I told her thats not possible and I paid cash last month so im up to date. She gave me a email address yo send proof of payment and I did to ***. Still vodacom kept on harrasing me. I phoned thecall centre again explained to the man what is going onand he said I should just ignore the calls and sms's if I paid. To date I am still being called and smsed that my phone line will be cut. Great service to loyal paying customers.</p>
