Not getting assistance
We had x2 applications,both applications were approved,the next day a lady called and confirmed both applications, Sadly,only x1 application were handed to the courier for delivery.Its been 4 days and still we were not assisted with the where abouts of the 2nd application. The consultants keeps on saying that both applications were aproved we must just sit and wait for the confirmation department to call us again to confirm the adress ext,but its been 4 days and still nothing. More than 48hours has passed and still we were not assisted and still waiting for the 2nd applications devise to be handed to the courier.
Both appoications were approved and confirmed,she even confirmed the different colours,so why wasnt both confirmed applications devices handed to courier.
And why isnt anybody able to assist us as clearly we are not getting any phonecalls as promised??????
YOU HANDED MY APPLICATION 1 TO THE COURIER ALREADY ON THURSDAY WHY DID YOU NOT HANDED APPLICATION 2 ALSO TO THE COURIER.
BOTH APPLICATIONS WERE APPROVED ALREADY YET YOU ARE SENDING ONLY DEVICE FOR 1 APPLICATION AND EXPECT ME TO PAY FOR BOTH.
AFTER MULTIPLE PHONECALLS AND EMAIL AND NOW HELLO PETER YOU STILL ONLY SAY "WILL CONTACT IN DUE TIME",BUT ZERO ACTUAL ASSISTANCE.ACCORDING TO YOUR POLICY AND CONSULTANTS THE MAXIMUM TIME TO WAIT WAS 48HOURS-ITS BEEN 96HOURS ALREADY AND STILL NOTHING.
