not for small start up business

My vodacom cell number registered for company use have been given to another vodacom client and this is vodacom policies and procedure if your number has been inactive for an 180 days. In my line of work I could get a call once a year. After contacting and explaining this to vodacom. I was told that there is nothing that they could do for me. Vodacom clearly is not equipped and does not understand the needs of a start up business and has no policy or procedure in place to correct or assist start up businesses.

Once again vodacom drop the ball. It took me 10 minutes at MTN to get a new business cell no. MTN have also informed me of their procedures relating to this matter and have offered me the correct product for my company. Well done. Vodacom time to wake up and talk to your clients because you are losing them to the opposition. Mr RM my cell no is ********** 552 please respond.
