Not Following Instructions or Requests

*** ref number refers as well as 4 others. I am trying to cancel my contract for cell number *** since 23 January 2026 when I gave q months notice to cancel the contract. You keep on sending me references number with no confirmation of canceling the contract. It is now nearly a month. Please cancel this contract and send me an email with confirmation that it has been CANCELLED
