Not even the manager cares to keep to her word

My boyfriend app**** for a new cell phone contract at Vodafone Cavendish , Claremont. He had all the required documents and everything seemed to be going well. Lee Roy assisted him and told him he will be contacted on Monday informing him if the application was approved or not. By Wednesday he was still contacted and we decided to go to the store. Lee Roy was not working that day but the manager , Sheila helped us. She said that Lee Roy had not sent the application forms and that they in fact could not find the application forms! She took my details down and promised to call the next day after she spoke to Lee Roy. Surprise , surprise, we did not hear back form her. We again went back to the store to see what is happening. Lee Roy and Sheila were both there but sent Thabiso over to apologize for the delay and that we will be contacted tomorrow. It has been over 3 weeks and we still have not heard anything. We have since gone to other cell phone providers and will not be using vodafone cavendish square again for anything. I am shocked at the managers inability to help us.
