Not even sure how to react towards the situation.

On the 29th May 2015 I placed two orders for the Samsung G6, one for myself and the other on my girlfriend's behalf using her details.Credit must be given to Nivashni for making the first order feel like a breeze since she's the only agent I had to speak to, to get my phone and I was impressed and decided to recommend my partner to do the same thing. Sadly it went downhill from there and all 10 agents we spoke to(Lenon,Richard,Lindy,Thembisile and Ricky who supposedly was a \manager"-to mention a few names)thereafter failed hopelessly to get the second order completed with the same dexterity of Nivashni.Shaheena"
