Not even in death they can assist

Been battling to get in contact with some one in the Deceased Department - got transferred 6 times in 1 day... mailed all the docs to the Deceased Department but they are not getting back to me - and its extremely urgent that i speak to some one. Really expected more than this from Vodacom especially now...
