Not delivering what I paid for.

I upgraded my contract online. The deal offered included a free JBL speaker.

When it was delivered two days later, there was no speaker in the box, it also did not show on the delivery note.

I contacted Vodacom and eventually got hold of the person who can help me.

She logged my complaint, and I received an sms to say that an accessory request has been submitted on my behalf and it will be delivered in 7 days. This was on 23 May already.

I have not received any further communication, and have certainly not receive my parcel yet.

Its almost 2 months later, and I’m still in the dark.
1. I know what I ordered.
2. I received an sms to say its being delivered.
3. I also received an email from Kendell, saying its being processed and I will receive my speaker.
I have screenshots all 3 facts stated.
I’d like my monthly contract price to be reduced to make up for this false advertising and non-delivery.
I’d like to know by how much my monthly payments are going to be reduced.
This is truly bad business conduct and I expect it to be rectified at pace.
Please advise.
