Not delivering on what was promised to me

<p>I was about to cancel my contract with Voadacom but I was offered an extra gig of data + 100 minutes free of charge to remain with Vodacom for 24 months. However after 3 months these free extra incentives have been cancelled. It's been a mission to get these free extra benefits reactivated as after numerous calls to the call center and being promised that this has been activated for the remaining 24 months only to find out that it has not. It is a waste of my time to keep on calling Voadacom to have this resolved. Very dissatisfied and disappointed Vodacom customer.</p>
