Not delivering on what was advertised.

My upgrade deal was advertised as including a smart watch. The deal was online only and was advertised alongside other deals with the same phone, but different prices. When my phone arrived there was no smart watch. I contacted Vodacom and after speaking to someone they "escalated" the matter. I have not received ANY further feedback or communication in this regard, yet I am paying the monthly amount that includes the smart watch.
