Not delivering on promises
Good day Vodacom team,
Please may i ask that you deliver on your promises. Part of my upgrade agreement was that a data package was to be loaded by your upgrades team leader. This did not happen. Now i need to remind you.
Please can you interact with me so we can resolve this.
