Not Delivered That was quoted

My business contracts moved over from Autopage to Vodacom a few weeks ago and one of my contracts where due for an upgrade. First I tried the online shop, but they were experiencing problems, and phoned Vodacom directly. The service was very good and after a few options was discussed I decided on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Gold. The lady then proceeded to tell me about the free accessories available with the S7 like the Bluetooth speaker or a wireless charger. I said that's great I will take the option with the wireless charger. Then she said that the wireless charger option does not come with the gold colored S7, but I can get one with another color phone.<br> <br> I then decided that I will take the silver phone with the wireless charger and she promptly send a quote, that I accepted and signed the contract. I was then informed that they don't have stock of the S7 right now, and if I'm prepared to wait a few days ? I said no problem and that was that. Yesterday my phone arrived without the wireless charger, and upon my enquiry I was told that they do not have stock and wont get. My whole decision process around the phone color and price was formed around wrong info I received. What Now ? !
