Not Contacting Back

I had signed a contract on 23 December 2015, but they were out of stock at time and said they would order me the device I requested and would get back to me within the next week.<br> <br> It has been almost 3 WEEKS and still have heard nothing. I have tried phoning in as well emailing and all I get is that they will get back me within 24hrs and I still get nothing!!!<br> <br> This is NOT good service at all and I am definitely NOT happy!!!<br>
