Not complying with RICA legislation

Hello Peter,

Following my previous complaint lodged on your site, Vodacom claim that they tried to get hold of me and left only a response on your site. Therefore I fruitlessly attempted to contact them and the MDB attorneys which they have appointed to my case. Again I did send through all the documentation clearly indicating the ***** case opened with the Vodacom department to no avail. Today I have discovered that Vodacom have reported me to the Credit Bureau!!! I have not received any judgement, NOTHING! Surely I should have been notified of this prior to the registration as my matter has not been dealt with and still remains unresolved! I have registered a case with the Ombudsman following my previous communication but as it seems I will need to open a case with SAPS as Vodacom is not responding to my issue raised. Please advise what I can do next.
