Not coming back to me after I was promised an aswer

Thank you Vodacom FOR NOT COMING BACK TO ME WITH MY COMPLAINT, at least you did contact me, after my first complained about your service person not doing what I asked for to add insurance on, no matter the cost when I upgraded. You promised to come back to me after your investigation, now I saw you just closed the complaint via sms, you did not even had the decency to phone me, hoping I will just leave it and forget about it. I want an answer and what you are going to do about this, this is not on. First of all there was not done what I asked for and now you can not keep your promises, I think its time to change my service provider!!!!!
