Not coming back to me

I had lodged a complaint with you guys regarding Vodacom repairs centre in Centurion even now no one contacted me . I dont have a smart cell phone . My phone went for repairs with the same problem within 3days after receiving it back from the repairs center . What were the technician repairing ? Why cant i get a new phone because the value for repairing that phone was exceeding the replacement value which doesnt make sense
