Not cancelling contract

Good day,

I cancelled my Vodacom data contract for number: ********** on 15 February 2017 on reference number: 1- ********** ********** speaking with Tando.

Tando ensured me that the last debit order to go off my account will be on 1 March 2017.

Vodacom debited my account on 1 April 2017 for the data contract linked to ********** .

I phoned Vodacom again on 4 April 2017 speaking with Maki in cancellations department who put through another order to have the data contract on ********** cancelled and backdated to the above mentioned date when I first phoned on 15 February 2017. She also processed a request to have the debit order credited to my account that was debited on 1 April 2017.

Reference numbers:

1- ********** **********

1- ********** **********

Escalation done on:

1- ********** **********

Today, 13 April 2017 I contacted Vodacom cancellations again only to hear that nothing has been cancelled and no credit processed to my account. I spoke to Oscar in cancellations department. The cancellation now shows as 4 April 2017 which means another debit order will be processed on 1 May 2017 which should not happen. The original cancellation was done on 15 February 2017 and the reference number 1- ********** ********** was logged.

Oscar escalated this on reference number:

1- ********** **********

Request:
1.

All I want is for the data contract to be cancelled as per original date of cancellation dated 15 February 2017 on number ********** with reference number: 1- ********** ********** .

2.

Money debited from my account on 1 April 2017 for the data contract should be credited to me as I have cancelled the contract on 15 February 2017 with reference number: 1- ********** ********** .

Please can you look into this and provide feedback in this regard as I will not allow another debit order to go off my account for lack of service on your side.

Regards,

Elaine
