Not being able to Pay Vodacom
I have tried to communicate with vodacom via email as I work abroad and they do not allow email communication regarding outstanding account from 2008. I have been trying to pay this account for years. Now that I am applying to purchase a house it has affected my name negatively.
My fiance has also phoned them and they say they cant communicate via email.
How can it be so difficult to pay someone!!!
