Not attending to escalation
Hi Vodacom,
Please see posts below.
I have just got off the phone with Elite Mobile again and they have been telling me since August 2024 that they keep escalating this matter but Vodacom don't respond. I have been a Vodacom customer for over a decade and it's Vodacom that keeps debiting my account. I went into the Vodacom store and they didnt help as they said I must contact EM.
Please get involved urgently and advise what the hold up is. I was informed by EM that all these premiums would be refunded.
This is in connection with my post on 28 January.
No one from Elite Mobile has got hold of me and I called in yesterday and was informed that the relevant person would call back but they didnt.
My account still got debited for this month.
********** service and still debiting my account A salesman contacted me at the end of July 2024 and I informed him that I wanted to cancel my data contract with Vodacom. He informed me that they would increase my data package at no additional cost. Elite Mobile listed to the recording and agreed that the sale was non-compliant and that the salesman did in fact lie to me. My debit order increased as of August 2024 and through multiple calls initiated from my side, my contract has still not been cancelled and I am still getting billed the additional installments. They have been ""escalating" this issue for months now and no say that Vodacom is stalling the process. Elite Mobile still can't inform me when they will stop billing me. I went to a Vodacom store and they couldn't help and insisted that I needed to contact Elite Mobile. Please can anyone assist. I have been dealing with Gregory and Veronica at Elite Mobile Thanks
