not answering phone calls
I've been trying to follow up on a repair on my phone since yesterday at the canal walk vodacare repair centre. Today I've tried since 09:00am to phone them, but only to hold for about 10min at a time. Once my call is put through it only rings 5 or 6 times then the Call is dropped. Furthermore they started the assessment at 09:20am yesterday and no feedback what so ever has been given.
