Not answering phone

Doing a web search I called the numbers - as displayed in the search results<br> I tried calling the Irene Village mall - no answer. Phone gave engaged tone eventually... has happened on more than one previous occasions / days<br> I then tried the Centurion Mall with the same result - engaged tone after a long period of persistence<br> Centurion Vodacom at least has a cell number listed on Mall website - which I tried. It immediately went to voicemail announcing this as a 'missed call service'!<br> I would like to upgrade my contract but am doubtful of my loyalties to a Telecommunications company who I can't reach telephonically<br> ... Bullish behavior by a company who has huge market share - who can afford it obviously<br> Not unlike the builders of the Titanic
