Not agreeing to Contracts. Taking my account for a run around

On the 20 December 2016 and amount for over R 610.00 was deducted from my account by Vodacom. My contract i signed with them is for R 189.00 pm. I contact the contact centre to ask wath the other funds is for and was explain that i was billed for data 1GIG my phone ( Samsung yes not even a apple) and for other stuff i can even remember. I told here that this is impossible as i did not get these service from vodacom and she must e3xplain to me as to where these funds and\or data has gone to. which she couldn't do. After a long phone conversation a called was logged and a ref no.: 1 -184 ********** was provided and i was told that the funds will be credited to my BANK ACCOUNT.

Today i went to check the vodacom app just to see that my Bill so far is 367 .65. Again. I signed a contract for 189.00pm. This is what i can afford now. I phone again the 111 number just to be transfer from one persone to another and when i eventually got to a person just to here its fine. the funds will be deduted from the funds that Vodacom ows me and if there is any extra that i must pay it in.

How is it possible that i signed a contract for one amount, but Vodacom feel that my bank account is a play ground that they can play with. And go on my account and see if this amounts that you talk about was ever use by me and please see the 1 gig data i had to by out of pocket. According to the Fais act this is *******.

To how people are you doing this or do not see it before it is to late.

Nobody has contacted me i was the one who have done the contacting. in December 2016. i was told that an error was made and it will be fixed. This is Januarie 2017 nothing has been fixed and still more funds has been withdrawn from my account. i will not wait any longer for my money and want no dealings with Vodacom any more as i see this as theft. And dont come to me with this is a new contract

Again. i did not sign up for this. I've been patient enough to be treated this way. this is been going on now more than a month or is this the way Vodacom do business.
