Not again ?
Not again?. Vodacom promises one product and then delivers the complete opposite. Promised me n upgrade and now I have another contract on my name. Already added the additional charges to my account and I haven’t even received the device. When trying to contact Vodacom and being transferred to different departments, I’m still where I started a week ago, flippen nowhere. I’m really gatvol and want nothing to do with Vodacom anymore. This is not the first incident.
