Not adhering to promotions paid for 2nd time now !

On 15/12/2015 i bought an Vodacom smart Kicka which had an promotion 100 mb x 3 no ***. I had an exact complaint on another one i bought prior and only after escalating my problem here it was resolved to my satisfaction. Back to the new one i again have not received the promotional MB despite about 10 calls to the call centre 082111 and was told to sms smart to an number i cant remember off hand and it will be loaded in 48 hours its 7 days now and nothing has been loaded i called the call centre again now i get told to wait until next month ? As i said i had the same problem on another Vodafone smart kicka. So im still waiting and no one has an cooking clue whats going on ? How do you have an promotion and the clieent pays for it but you dont get what was promised and none of the staff know whats going on including the store i bought it from Pep Cell whom should also take responsibility for Vodacom's poor performance and none compliance i am now just at my wits end with Vodacom and am thinking of changing all my Vodacom no's to cell C if this is not resolved soon.
