NOT A VODACOM CLIENT & WILL NEVER BE!!!!!!
Absolute shocking treatment from this company on behalf of Vodacom. In May 2020 Hard Lock Down I teleported myself from JHB to Cape Town and walked into a Vodacom shop and opened not one but three contracts. To date I have been harassed by HP Attorneys continuously even though I am saying it is not us that did us. To date I have not received ONE CALL from Vodacom that I owe them money. Had they contacted me the ***** department would have actual work to do!! Where is VODACOMS ***** DEPARTMENT????
On the 21 July 2022 I sent through an affidavit as well as certified copies of ID'S. I am going to request this now that someone from VODACOMS ***** DEPARTMENT BEST GET IN CONTACT WITH ME ASAP. I am am going to report both companies to the ombudsman as I am tired of this now.
I AND THE OTHER DIRECTORS ARE NOT CLIENTS OF VODACOM. AS THIS IS THE SERVICE WE CERTAINLY WILL NEVER BECOME. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
I received a phone call from HP attorneys that I need to pay this.
This is my point, you as a company have done nothing, but hand me over MY NAME, MY COMPANIES name and couldn't even bother to do the proper checks.
