NOT A VODACOM CLIENT AND NOW WILL NEVER BE

I am not, have never been and, after this experience, I will never be a client of Vodacom. On Dec 1, 2023 a debit order for R 411.52 appeared on my current account labelled as 'Vodacom'. I rejected it. On December 31, 2023 a further debit order now for R 901.40 appeared again from Vodacom. I rejected it, emailed the Vodacom ***** department whose response was that I had to fill in a form with my personal details for them to investigate. I refuse to supply my personal details and my bank confirms that it is not necessary given that I have supp**** the debit order reference numbers and amounts. Unbelievably on January 31st, 2024 Vodacom again place a debit order on my account now for R 1290.40 which I now have to call my bank to reject. Clearly this is a case of ***** but Vodacom appears to have no interest in resolving it and has no concern for the considerable inconvenience I am subjected to. Perhaps I should occupy the reception at Vodacom Canal Walk and refuse to leave until the matter is resolved as to communicate telephonically with anyone at Vodacom is impossible ??

Your arrogance as an organisation is simply mind boggling. I repeat in plain English that I am not providing your organisation with any confidential personal details nor am I filling in any forms at my inconvenience. My bank has confirmed that I have supp**** you with all the information you need to trace these ******* debit orders on my bank account which clearly you are either *********** to do or simply reluctant to resolve the issue. I repeat that I have no and have never had any relationship with your company accordingly my private details are none of your concern and have no bearing on you tracking this issue. So may I suggest that you find some intelligent life in your organisation and get them to start doing some work in resolving this issue. You have my contact number so please use it.
