Not a complaint yet...

About 2 years ago, my husband & I purchased 2 Sansui phones on special at HiFi Corporation Centurion Mall. As part of the package we got 2 Vodacom simcards that have been recharging with a monthly airtime amount R50 for the last 24 months. Although HiFi Corp RICA'd the sims, the contracts didn't officially belong to us. This morning I received several sms's from Vodacom informing me that my conversion to a Vodacom contract has been completed, that my account would be debited in 48 hours & that Vodacom welcomes me as their newest customer on uChoose Flexi 55. I gave no instruction for any conversion or continuation of this contract. I also did not supply any banking details, so I don't know whose account is going to be debited. I would really like to resolve this as soon as possible as I do not wish to continue with the contract. Someone from Vodacom or HiFi Corporation needs to contact me very soon on ********** 972. Thanks.

Reviewer Update

Dear Vodacom

I just posted a review because my query has still not been resolved. I have been referred back & forth between you & RMCS & now I am tired & frustrated. I expect YOU to get back to me because YOU are the service provider. I contacted RMCS on the 7th of September 2016 & spoke to Thami to get the simcards onto prepaid. A few days later, I could not use my phone & I had to re-rica the simcards. I did this, only to find out that the sim is still on a corporate contract (have no idea who the owner or payer is). I contact RMCS today & my request to move to prepaid has not been finalized & my query is still pending. Furthermore I received another SMS addressed to a Mr Msingi, regarding a repayment plan to finalize his Vodacom (PTY) Ltd account??? Something is seriously wrong here & I am in the middle of it & I DON'T LIKE IT! I EXPECT VODACOM TO RESOLVE THIS. I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE NECESSARY CHANNELS OR PEOPLE TO DO SO. RMCS IS NOT HELPING ME. PLEASE!!!
